3. Type Money to Refund
4. Type Booking Reference/Confirmation Number/PNR to cancel
5. Type Flight Number to cancel
6. Type Flight Date to cancel
7. Click Next button to continue
8. Type Card Network to transfer the refund
9. Type Card Number to transfer the refund
10. Click Process button to start the refund process
